PODIATRISTS

 

AILSA JOHNSON. H.C.P.C. M.RCOP. B.Sc. Podiatry

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday am+pm and Thursday and Saturday am.

Ailsa graduated with a B.Sc. from Huddersfield University. She has over 20 years’ experience in both private and NHS Podiatry. She has a particular interest in DERMATOLOGY including pathological nails, fungal infections, verrucae and corns and callous problems caused by the mechanics of walking. Ailsa offers a service on Saturday mornings, for those who struggle to fit appointments into a busy working week.

Ailsa has an interest in BIOMECHANICS of the foot, and is the lead Podiatrist for MINOR NAIL SURGERY at the practice.

Ailsa became joint owner / director of the practice in 2021, when it became a Limited Company, and looks forward to welcoming you.

DIANE SPRAGUE. H.C.P.C. M.RCOP. BSc [Hons] Podiatry

Wednesday am+ pm Fortnightly

Diane graduated with a B.Sc.[Hons] in 1993 from the Northampton School of Podiatry. Initially working in the NHS for over seven years and gaining experience in the diabetes centre and JR vascular clinic in Oxford.

Since 2000 she has been in private practice partly based in clinic, and also mobile and in care homes. Diane has developed an interest in BIOMECHANICS and foot function and prescribes a variety of ORTHOTICS from ready made devices to custom casted orthoses, from rigid or semi rigid functional devices or

accommodative shock attenuating materials depending on what is needed. Diane is the lead podiatrist for CASTED / BESPOKE orthotics at the practice.

She regularly attends updating courses and the annual Podiatry conference.

In her spare time Diane likes to keep active and loves to dance.

 

Jyotika Vadher HCPC, MRCOP, BSc

Fridays

Jyotika has over 30 years experience as a practicing Podiatrist, a career spanning both private practice, home visits and NHS high risk specialist Podiatry in Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. Jyotika has a particular interest in diabetic and circulatory disorders of the foot, currently working in the intergrated diabetic foot team, also enjoys nail surgery.

When not at work she enjoys spending time with family, cooking and keeping fit at the gym.
